Here's the thing:

Uncovering our blindspots and improving our emotional intelligence isn't easy.

It takes intentional work.

I have found over the years (after many trials and errors) that, because many leaders don't have consistent support systems and/or accountability, their intentions don't get fully realized or sustained.

I've been there myself.

So I designed the program that I always wanted. It's for leaders who want to both learn the latest research AND practice strategies for strengthening new habits/skills so they can be the best version of themselves for their teams.

In this program you will:

👉🏽 Learn latest research and add tools to your toolkit

👉🏽 Identify a blindspot / focus-area to strengthen and improve

👉🏽 Practice & share in a community of consistent support
How does that sound to you?
During the three weeks, you will:
Get even more clear on both your strengths AND the limiting behaviors and mindsets that are impacting your leadership.

1. Receive a weekly workbook and replay video
2. Engage in reflection and support on weekly group coaching calls
3. Have access to a Members-Only Facebook group for support and resource-sharing
The course kicks off November 9, 2018.
  •  Leadership philosophy drafted and shared (articulating your mission/vision/values/WHY)
  •  Johari Window Self-Assessment done, with habits for boosting your emotional intelligence
  •  Crystal clarity on the patterns you want to interrupt (regarding the 5 c's) to finish 2018 strong

Let's hear about students' experiences...
“At the start of the mini-course, I questioned whether I belonged in program because I wasn't sure I could call myself a leader. The reflections and exercises throughout the course helped me to see that I could develop into the leader I hope to become through intention and focus.

In three short weeks, I learned a framework for leadership and gained confidence in the direction I am pursuing in my career. I especially enjoyed the SCARF exercise which helped me understand my personal work-related values.

The course motivated me to organize my thoughts and actions to make progress toward my goals. I also appreciated the chance to meet others who expressed similar concerns about their power to lead. The course encouraged to examine my vulnerabilities and provided an opportunity to share those with others."

-Susan White Watkins, City of Georgetown Housing Coordinator
“I feel more confident now. I have become SO much of a better listener. I also feel like an overall stronger communicator. I’m really glad I did the program with my colleague (Principal), because now we have a shared-language.” Amber Saberton, Assistant Principal

“My leadership transformed in the program. The biggest shift was being intentional with my meetings. In a matter of weeks, I showed major growth, which is nothing short of miraculous.”

Minda Aguhob, CEO of Peakfoqus
